We worked with David to buy our engagement ring and our wedding bands. He gave us the best experience and matched us with just what we wanted! Every time we would come to the store for a ring cleaning or something else, the staff was always very nice and personable. I would highly recommend Helzberg and working with David.

Excellent customer service, even towards non customers. A great place that's been apart of the columbia mall for many years.
They were very helpful to me when I tarnished my silver rings while cleaning with bleach. Although I didnt purchase the rings at helzbergs, they cleaned them in the store free of charge. They recommended the cleaning solution that would finish cleaning the inner surfaces.
Not enough staff 2 get waited on or 2 slow.nThey lost a 6000.00 sale. Gave them 3 opportunity the had 2 employees which both spent 3 hrs with customers they were waiting on. This was in Columbia Mall Columbia Missouri!!!!!!!!!! Had other business 2 do in the mall but as i said 3hrs was enough Time 2 wait on getting waited on.nDont wast your time thete r alot of other excellent jewelry stores!
