This store is closed, despite the Zales Website and their google listing showing them still being open. Everything is gone from the store and their spot is up for lease. Hopefully this save someone else a drive.

I have been coming here since I first met my husband. Kevin has always been great to us and is amazing to work with. Will bring multiple cuts in to get what you are looking for and super friendly and patient throughout the process.

Was and absolute joy to meet and work with Amber and Joy at the sales in Columbia mall, thank you ladies for making it painless and a lot of fun.

Mary at the Columbia Mall Zales was very helpful. She was sweet and knowledgeable of her products. We miss having the Zales in Jeff City, but making the trip to see Mary was a good alternative.
