Lousy breakfast and poor service characterize this place.
The bar connected to the motel is amazing!!!!! I highly suggest the prime rib. They did my wedding recital dinner and reception dinner and it was better that I had hoped for. The waitresses were so amazing fun and easy to talk to. If you're ever passing through Crosby please stop and have a bite to eat! You will not regret it.
Restaurant is phenomenal. Restaurant staff (for the most part) is helpful. Although they are understaffed heavily. Stayed there for 4 nights. Only complaint, which is a big one, is their beds are like sleeping on a concrete pad. Between last year and now, it’s night and day. I stayed here specifically this year, mainly because of how comfortable their beds were.nNot anymore. It wasn’t just me. Every morning at the breakfast area, I heard everyone complain about their beds. I ended up sleeping on the recliner all 4 nights. Will probably be back next year... fingers crossed for better mattresses..
We really like the fact that it was right next to the ice skating facility there was a bar and a restaurant excellent also nice Room thank you
The blower motor for the heater didnt work in our room. We ordered two pizzas from the front desk. The second pizza was cold. They made us a different one. That one was also cold. There was a group of us there. We went to the attached bar at 10pm on a Saturday. The bartender said she was getting ready to close. Even though the sign on the door states that is open till 1am. No compensation for the pizzas or the hassle that we got in the bar for making them stay open. This is a money hungry hotel. I'd advice to drive to any other town and stay there.
