Very nice employees both times I was in here. Very helpful in finding my girl what she was looking for and helping her out with guidance and opinions. Very nice outfit selection in here as well as just about any adult items you may need.
Very rude staff. They were very rude to us and rude to the people that came in after us. We left and later found what we were looking for online for a third of the price with a 5 year warranty and free shipping. I'll never step foot in Columbia Passions again.
Employee was a straight up B word. Learn customer service or find a different job
At the beginning of may I was at this store..they brought products to the door..no problem...then I get my bank statement..they overcharged my amount..then two months in a row 100 $ charges..u wasn't in their store..at all..I called the store and the manager told me my card must have been cloned..there was only 2 employees around..and I was the only customer.. he said basically ..screw you..so now I'm dealing with a fraud department and my bank..I do hope the owner reads this..
Always friendly!! Relaxing and fun environment. My wife and I love this store above all others!! The best products and great prices!! Its all brought together by this 1 employee in particular..... forget his name but he is friendly, professional, and informative!! Never going anywhere else!!
