This Barnes & Noble has friendly staff. The last time we were in they had a customer having a medical emergency, and the staff stayed calm and collected. They handled it very well. Great selection of products on offer. I only wish the prices were a little lower. Being in the mall is nice we normally go walk the mall after we check out Barnes & Noble.
Very friendly staff and helpful. Didn't have what I wanted but ordered it and being sent to the house. Reasonable prices on there products so don't buy online just stop in and get what you want.
If you love books and have the money, this place is for you. Some great deals can be found here as well. We love to come here to look and shop.
Its a lovely store if you like books. Its just 67 times too expensive. They must legitimately never want to sell a record or cd or non book merchandise item either because it'll be marked up 100 fold. But I do love all the book.
Store was clean and well organized. Customer service was non-existent... Nobody greeted or offered help of any kind. Not even sure if there were actual employees there apart from the coffee area. I get that times are rough, but employees should have general customer awareness.
