This church is for you if you’re looking for authenticity, The Word, Holy Spirit, real community, and a church that is concerned with love and hosting heaven. The pastors love God and they love people. The worship, teaching, and preaching is Spirit-led and authentic. The nursery and kids church are safe and welcoming. There are also amazing outreaches, missions trips, community groups, and conferences. If you’re looking for a feel-good motivational speaker and a show, you might not love it here. But if you want depth, relationship, The Bible, and The Presence, it’ll become home.
I’ve never experienced a place where I not only instantly felt the presence of God when I walked through the doors, but a place where I felt welcomed, loved and not judged by anyone. Pastor Zack, Pastor Rachelle and the entire ministry team at Encounter Church are a true example of what it looks like to have your heart completely yielded to Papa. Not to mention, the worship... in my twelve years of being a Christian, I’ve never experienced such pure, and holy worship. Papa God never fails to kiss every single one of our worship gatherings. Do yourself a favor and come to one of our services!
Come here if you love a church that will prioritize worship over a church schedule. I personally have been attending for 4 years and will be forever grateful for Pastor Zack's passion to teach his community about how important theology is. I've learned that at the cross, it wasn't Jesus in the hands of an angry God, but God in the hands of angry sinners.

When you walk into Encounter you are greeted by the community. You have stepped into the cafe area,where you receive complimentary coffee and can purchase some goodies. Worship has a way of bringing you closer to God,no matter what you may be coming thru the doors with. When the sermon is being spoken by the Pastor's or guest speakers it has a way of reaching you,if you allow the holy Spirit to work within you to REALLY receive. Children ministry is awesome,for the kids who can automatically enjoy and receive the word or for those it takes a while. The staff is truly accommodating to those kids needs.
If you want a blazing fire in your life and amazing community then Encounter is home.
