We are very appreciative of the work that Kent did at our house. He showed up on time every day that he was working on redoing our hardwood floors, he was informative about the process, and he was thorough. The hardwood floors and stain color are perfect, and we couldn't be more pleased. Thank you, Kent!

I really wanted to like this company. Kent came to my home for a consultation, was very kind and knowledgeable. He said he would mail my quote - never received it. I called and asked him to send it again - still never received it. I called him again and left a voicemail asking where the quote was and if maybe the address was wrong - no callback or quote. We needed these services ASAP and ended up going to another local business. Very disappointed in the customer service of this business.
