The employees at this Walmart pharmacy are extremely courteous, hard-working and helpful. In five years, dealing with monthly prescriptions for 3 people, I have never encountered anything but cheerful and helpful assistance.
.There just aren't enough words to describe how bad the service is at this store. Refills are incomplete, delayed...pharmacists questioning doctors orders requiring multiple visits. If I lived in town it would be insane, but since I don't and I have difficulty making several trips weekly, my only alternative seems to take all my pharmacy and rest of my business to another store and pray for better luck.
The trouble I have with the pharmacy is that I pay out of pocket for my prescriptions, so I use coupon discount codes to get decent prices. Wal-mart used to keep my codes on file in the computer, but now they make be give them codes FOR EACH MEDICINE EVERY SINGLE TIME I GET A REFILL, even when the prescriptions are the same month after month. Seems like they are just hoping you forget to make you pay full retail price.
Friendly customer service. Great at answering questions about the prescriptions and insurance.
I get all my prescriptions here. I haven't had any problems with insurance or discount cards or plans
