I sent them over 61 grams of Rhodium 7 months ago that they said was worth $18,000.00 once refined. Their share for refining was $5,000.00, mine was $12,000.00. So far I've only gotten a bunch of excuses. I'll never do business with them again and would not recommend them to anyone

Arch eliminates the guess-work and anxiety when it comes to selling your precious metals. They tell you exactly how much it's worth based on the market (which you can easily verify), they charge you a % fee, and then tell you exactly what they are willing to pay you. If you accept, you send in the metal and they write you a check. No mystery, no BS.nnI highly recommend Arch. They take the misery out of the process.nnNice people too!

Great & honest company to work with. It is hard to trust some companies in this industry, but Arch has great employees and someone always answers the phone to help!

Was totally unimpressed; big lack of sophistication and professionalism. I have dealt with other refineries over the years and felt these guys were either dishonest or incompetent.
