I am a new customer to Melody's Quality Jewelry, and I am very impressed! I was greeted upon entering the store and the atmosphere was friendly. I took some jewelry in for repairs on two separate occasions and both times it was completed very quickly and at reasonable rates. Although I have not purchased any jewelry there at this time, I did browse the cases and they have an excellent selection. I will be back for sure!

I had Kay Jewelers repair a ring because it was under warranty and it broke in the same place within a couple of weeks. I took to Melody’s to repair the second time and they did an amazing job! The repair looks much better and stronger. Everyone at Melody’s is always extremely friendly and helpful every time.

Melody's Jewelry always goes above and beyond! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I bring friends from all over to shop here. My parents came a long way to find a new diamond for my mom's ring and found exactly what they wanted. And if they hadn't, Melody would have searched for it! I also brought my best friend and her fiance to find an engagement ring. They had all of St Louis to search, and did. But in the end, they liked what Melody's had to offer at a better price than others. Not only price, but settings that can't be found elsewhere. Not only will you find fine jewelry but also costume jewelry, a wedding registry, baby items, crystal, clocks, Pandora, and tux rental. You can't go wrong here!

They did a great job at resizing my original wedding set. Very pleased and will do more business with them in the future! The staff are really friendly!

My wedding ring needed two tips repaired. I dropped in off mid-morning on Thursday and was told it would be ready Monday. Later that day I got a text message saying my ring was done! Thank you for the quick turnaround!
