Worse experience I have Ever had with insurance offices. First I canceled My cars service and then my roof had to be replaced, they told me to open a claim, I did, then Mr. Gregg Walker called me back after telling me to open a claim and pretty much asked me to lied, telling he needed a date for the claim. So I googled storms last year, As he told me to, and gave him a date. Adjuster came here and said no problem to have it fixed, since the roof and other structures were damaged. All State called me and denied my claim after all... and then few months later, after I fixed My roof, replaced all of it, they raised my insurance by $450 dolllars

Allstate has always treated me fair and lately helped me with dealing with other insurance company when the accident was there insured drivers fault and they wanted to low ball me. I told adjuster what my agent told me, he asked for his phone number, I gave it to him, and his offer after that was all I asked for.
