This place was very very helpful! My refrigerator decided to die in the middle of August. So we went to Lowe's and they didn't have anything in stock and the delivery date was pushed back so far until September. So we happened to pass by this place and then we stopped at it. The people are so nice and helpful! I found a refrigerator I like it ended up being sold already no, but they found one nearly identical and gave me a big discount! Their delivery wait was a week. So much better than Lowe's, not having a refrigerator in the middle of August is not fun definitely recommend this place!

I wish I could really this place a negative star. We bought a washer and dryer combo 2 years ago. We even bought the extended warranty plan. I have made multiple phone calls to the warranty company and Builder source. I made a claim in July because both units were not working properly. After arguing with the warranty company to get someone out we were finally able to get them to assign it to builders source. Fast forward to September we were finally able to get a technician out to look at it. He said he needed to order the parts and would be back in 8 to 10 days. I took covid into consideration. Here we are and its November 11 I was assured on Monday with the warranty company and builders source that they would have all the parts by Wednesday to fix everything on Thursday. I got a call today that they still dont have the parts in. I am very upset. I am a family of 8 and not having a working washer and dryer doesn't work. You have been warned shop else where. We spent well over $3000.00.

Steven M. & Demarcus installed our range and dishwasher today and those guys are top notch. Took their time to be thorough. Very respectful of the home and went over the options we had. Reviewed everything with us. Thanks guys!

Great showroom with many set ups with appliances. Great staff as well. Worth going to instead of just the box stores. I bought my appliances from them.
