The Old Store

We were here for a graduation party, so the store wasn't officially opened; it was just being used to host an event, but it seemed like a pretty cool place. Apparently it used to be a drug store, but is now a soda fountain/ice cream shop with a quilting machine? (And some other random stuff.) Their website doesn't have any info and still claims it's under construction.

The ice cream has large portions and getting to choose the flavors of ice cream and toppings for a banana split it was just so much fun. The prices were better than going to a franchise and the down home charm could never be beaten by any other place. Many memories have been made here.
