Fernando did a great job. Very cordial and very professional. Explained everything he was doing and very thorough. This was time of year to do both inside and outside of house and I felt it was the best job we have ever received. I watched him move things out of way to spray behind and put back exactly where he found it. He gladly did exactly what I wanted him too. The day after I called the General Pest Control company a very friendly and helpful service representative arrived early before the appointment time set by the phone rep. on the day I called. He politely explained the process for doing an estimate and options available for spraying- annually or biannually. When my wife and I decided on the option we preferred, he mixed the chemicals to kill spiders and explained that each spraying visit contained a different type so that spiders would not develop an immunity to it. Fernando thoroughly sprayed all areas including crawl space under the house, outside, and inside the house using a variety of chemicals to maximize the efficiency. He was patient to answer questions and dealt with all of our concerns. Fernando conducts himself in a very personable and professional manner!!
