Extremely long wait times and the staff there doesn't know how to schedule appointments appropriately or how to check or process insurance. They tried to tell me my insurance was not active twice for both of my kids, I finally had to call the insurance company myself to get it sorted. It's too bad because I actually liked Dr. Lucero. She needs to hire new people or I can guarantee she will continue losing clients. I walked out today after waiting over an hour to be seen. The girl in front of me had been there already nearly 2 and a half.... I value my time and if they are going to charge me for theirs then I expect them to be on time or close to it. I won't go back.

She always says you have strep, and gives you tons of medication for it.

She was my doctor as a baby; now she is my Childrens doctor.nMy son has a serious medical condition and she’s always treated him like her own. If it wasn’t for her I don’t know where we would be right now.nThe wait time improved through the years. It’s worth every minute though, she the best❤ufe0f

Dr Lucero is amazing! Just wish the wait wasn't so long. It is hard sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours keeping a 6 month old entertained. Once you are back though it goes quick and she is awesome!
