Jose Maeda

Dr Maeda has been my doctorn for 20 years. I drove to Kansas from south Texas (11 hours) to have him perform an emergency surgery. His level of expertise and experience is hard to find. He also has an excellent bedside manner and genuine concern and compassion for his patients. As a nurse I have taken care of his patients, and have witnessed his level of caring and competency.

He’s wonderful dr ! I was dying n had my lungs full of fluids he took it out & now I can breathe like I haven’t in over 7 months! Thanks doctor!

I wouldn’t even give him a star, he’s a horrible doctor. My husband literally sat in a hospital room 24hrs waiting for him to come in before he checked himself out. We will be seeking healthcare somewhere else.

Terrible office and staff! It's a shame there are so few doctors in Liberal. Not only did they call the morning of an appointment to cancel it, but the following week when the appointment was rescheduled, they called to say the doctor was in early and to come in early. However, when I arrived, I was taken back and waited 15 min with no doctor in sight. Understandable, I was mad and I left. Later that morning, after speaking with the office manager on the phone, I was told to expect a call to reschedule. 2 weeks passed and still no call. Then, when I called to see what was going on, I'm told I have been dismissed from the practice. Guess this is what happens when a patient calls your office out on poor business practices and customer service. They only want to charge you for procedures and then fail to schedule you for the pertinent follow up visits to receive the results from those procedures.
