Extremely friendly staff, one in particular that made renting a home from plain jans easy and exciting! Thank you! I recently found out they also have several easy ways of payment, bonus if you ask me! Lol!!

If this weren't the only laundromat around, I would not be using it. We are here temporarily and I'm tempted to throw all my clothes away when they are dirty instead of washing them here. The place is filthy. The machines are dirty, the floor is dirty and there are flies everywhere. $3.00 to wash! Ridiculous Sad excuse for a business.

Plain jams are nothing but cheats and liars.there are problem 50 other good families in scott city that will concur with me.if you make them work then your gonna get evicted.

They never did anything until renter moves out. I was in one for almost two years and I moved out and then everything got fixed .. it's wrong and unethical
