I was in the waiting room when a woman in a cloth mask came and asked me to either remove my cloth mask and put on a paper mask or leave. She stated that my mask was not effective enough, even though it covered my nose and mouth. No reason, other than that was given. Furthermore, when I leaving I saw that Some of the staff at the clinic Had their masks pulled down below their nose. Finally, when I spoke to Dr Davis, he informed me that he wore the same paper mask for 2.5 days before exchanging for a fresh one. This does not seem like a hygienic or heathy practice. My overall experience was extremely bad.

They are not very good at answering their phones.

I have been going to Lakin since I was 9 years old now am 24 and stI'll go here great group of nurses and Dr's. Staff is polite and welcoming.
