We spent $11,000 on new flooring from L&L and it couldn't have been more of a mistake. The carpet is of terrible quality and has needed multiple adjustments. Their warranty means nothing and their customer service was deplorable. I have reached out 5 times to see if they could come fix the carpet and was assured multiple times they were on the way. They do not value their customers and do not stand behind their flooring quality. After a year the carpet was in such a state it would need to be replaced. Go ANYWHERE else if you're in need of new flooring.

They have a great selection of in stock top quality laminate and luxury vinyl flooring in addition to carpet. The Tuffcore Estate laminate collection offers random length and width products that carry a 30 hour moisture warranty with the pad attached. It even carries a commercial warranty.nThey also just put in a new hardwood product line that has solid and engineered hardwoods in it at great price points. More colors will be arriving soon.

Clean, large retail store with a huge selection of items, the one thing that made us shop elsewhere was overhearing one of the owners (the partially bald man with the red sports car) talking a lot of gossip about a lot of people in town. Extremely unprofessional and childish. Certainly don't want him talking about us had we decided to buy from there!! The main owner is very polite, the staff as well, however the balding Middle Aged part owner comes off as not so genuine. We would love to do business there but not while the midlife crisis red sports car man is there.
