The restaurant opens at 11 per the website. I placed an order and paid for it online. I get to the restaurant at 11:45 which the door also says opens at 11 but the door was locked. The owners pull up and tells me they are closed. I explained that i prepaid with the order online and she told me well they were not there to accept the order and told me to call the number online. I call her number just for the same person to pick up the phone. I asked was she the same person i spoke to outside. She said yes i said well i need a refund. She asked what was my order, i told her i was on break from work and could not wait. She said oh well if you can’t wait I’ll just cancel your order. There was no apology or anything they were very rude and will never get my business i give them zero stars in actuality.
Naree was closed & my wife suggested we try here. Said food wasn't as good, but wasn't bad. Our order was screwed up & we didn't get all of our food. As for the food we did get, i fed my sesame chicken to the dog it was so horrible. Never going back to this hole in the wall dump. How do you screw up an order when you order 3 things & 2 of them are the same? How do you put the noodles for the egg drop soup into the bag & forget to give us the soup?
