Legend Oaks Apartments (Gated Community)

Stayed here for just about a year. Very affordable price and friendly property management team. Would recommend to anyone seeking to save a little money while still living in a nice home.nnThe only issue I had was the fact that the on-call maintenance guy didn’t pick up his phone, assuming there even was an on call maintenance guy.

This place is honestly amazing! If I could give 10 stars I would! I moved in here back in February. I was hit by a semi truck in March the left me unemployed and carless for three months before I had income and a new vehicle. I was behind on rent For 8 months and they worked with me and allowed me to get on my feet till I was fully current. They genuinely care about their tenets. They’re understanding and amazing people especially Joe the apartment manager. Amazing human being and extremely kind heart! Beautiful apartments with beautiful people!!!

Legend Oaks is the perfect place to start. Their facilities are nice and clean. Legend Oaks leasing agent Raneem is incredible. I’ve heard many great stories about her but when I finally had the chance to work with her she was even more incredible than what people have been saying. She stays on top of her work and made all experiences here memorable. I would recommend anyone who chooses this complex to be on the lookout for her. I’m thankful she was able to assist my and many more families.

I loved my experience at Legend Oaks! Management changed in July and started making some great improvements: putting small dumpsters at each building so we didn’t need to take trash all the way to the big dumpsters, vacuuming outdoor carpets, taking better care of the grounds. Unfortunately, I needed to break my lease pretty quickly because of health issues, but Joe, the manager, worked with me and helped me finalize things, even helping me find homes for some furniture to expedite my move. THANKS, JOE!!!

Legend Oaks is a great place to create new long lasting memories. Raneem, a lease agent is wonderful and reliable. She makes sure your needs are met, and keeps you updated during the process. Legend Oaks is filled with all the equipments you could need, from having a gym to a volleyball court. The trash services and laundry machines here are also great. At Legend Oaks they are aware that we have troubles to take care of outside of home and they work their best to make sure that staying at Legend Oaks will not be a problem.
