Thwy pay you very little for your trade in
There salesman was great! He worked with us, he even helped us find financing - which was above and beyond. We had an issue with our car’s horn, but they took care of it and now it works great. To this point, we haven’t had any other issues. We love our vehicle!
I love Carmax, I have bought two vehicles from them and sold one. However, my biggest complaint is they don’t have a way to make a principal payment on a financed loan through CarMax. Each time you make a principal payment it goes to the next three or four payments and then you have to spend 45 minutes on the phone trying to get a human being to tell them to put it to principal only. This needs to be fixed on your website so that a person can make a principle only payment! I know you make more money through interest but you need to think of your customers.
If you had this feature fixed, I would’ve given you five stars as your customer service and your work ethic and no haggle prices are wonderful.
Everyone was friendly and the service went fast. The only thing was after they bought our car we were not asked to make sure it was emptied out and we did forget a few things. So maybe for the future that should be one of the questions asked. Other then that I would recommend them to everyone.
Rip off. Horrible experience and customer service. Don’t buy here and especially don’t trust the service they try to sell you. They literally hide the car for 4 hours and don’t do the work they say they do!!! Don’t buy an extended warranty from this place it’s a scam!!!! Be warned you will regret it. They sold me a car for top price with bald tires and avoided the direct question where are the tires I was promised? Had to buy all new tires right out the gate. Bad deal Car Max. CARMA WILL BE HERE FOR YOU! Dishonest and so many lies. Do not recommend this place. BUYER beware !
