Domino's Pizza

The pizza was delicious fresh even just right for the Chief's first Season Game.

Our order arrived 3 hours late. It was completely the wrong order, it was cold and it was also half eaten. We called to ask for a refund they kept putting us on hold for 10 minutes then they would hang up, they did this each time we called. BRYANT is the name of our delivery guy. The first photo is what we ordered and the 2 other photos are what we received. We took the photos as soon as we got the delivery. I placed the order at 05:29 pm and they didn't deliver it until 08:30 pm. This was after we called them at 06:40 pm saying we never got our food and they said they will send it out again when they never sent it in the first place. I've ordered from this branch so many times before and they always seem to mess it up. There has been several times that our food arrived either undercooked, or it would arrive cold, and often time they would also forget the dipping sauce or give us the wrong kind and many many times it arrived late. I've given this branch so many chances and I would still always tip every time I ordered. But this is the last straw I'd be ordering from a different branch from now on.

This location used to be great, now it’s not so much. Lost track of how many issues recently with deliveries, but this one may be the best. Received the notification call it was out for delivery and now it’s been an hour with no pizza. I called to inquire on the status and was told their deliveries are running about 2 hours behind and they have no way to track where my order is in the delivery queue. I fully expect an ice cold pizza by the time it’s delivered. Sadly the couple of times I’ve tried pickup it’s been just as bad.

First-time visit to this location. Actually, I haven't been to a Domino's Pizza in over 2 years. Since I was in a new location I decided to take a chance and order a large 3 topping pizza with a side order of cheese bread. I was very disappointed in the taste and quality of my pizza. The crust was not done properly, the toppings were not cooked under the cheese as I requested, and the dough was very thin. In addition, I was unaware that Domino's now charges extra just to shake red pepper flakes and parmesan cheese on top of your pizza (they no longer offer the little packets due to the Coronovirus- which makes no sense because giving customers those packets were actually safer than using the shakers). They forgot to give us marinara sauce for our cheese sticks. We were so frustrated we just declined to go back and just threw away the rest of our pizza. Horrible experience. I really should have read the reviews and paid attention. Next time I will.
