Excellent doctor and great staff! Independently owned practice where doctor spends more than 15 minutes with you and truly cares about your health. Dr. G is an excellent advocate for his patients and is willing to stand up to insurance companies to make sure his patients get the best care.

Your initial appointment they have you pay 3 months in advanced. Myself and my four children joined the practice. Paid 365$ only to find out their website and what they provide is very misleading.nAfter leaving a domestic hardship situation- we were without insurance.nThey say they can help with all sorts of things; but they fall VERY short.nCouldn't renew my prescriptions I've been on for 5+ years, they'd have too refer me to a different doctor that isn't covered by their fee... So for a family struggling without insurance... We can't afford that. They also don't cover vaccinations for children... So again we'd have to be sent elsewhere.... Without insurance...nSo I requested our membership to be terminated as they couldn't provide the only services we really needed. They wouldn't refund the next 2 months of membership. And claimed we should off had to pay more for just a single visit for the day 170$ per child and myself exceeding 780$.nDo not go here if you need any actual medical care

This is a great clinic that will serve any of your needs including, diabetic education, minor procedures such as removal of implanted birth control devises, suture removal and much much more. Dr. Ghassemi is bilingual in both Spanish and English and understands the stresses of the working class. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for a doctor that goes above and beyond for his patients and offers patient-centered care, in which he provides patience and understanding to all of his clients. Don't forget Midwest health group also offers a concierge service to all patients (including those with high deductibles)- what this means is, for $55 a month you can receive care in the office from Dr. Ghassemi, so if you are looking for a clinic that will offer exceptional care at a very affordable cost Midwest health group is your medical office!
