If I could give zero stars I would. We were referred to this office by Dr Propec due to an emergency room stay that needed IMMEDIATE follow up. Drs orders. When we called to get into the doctors office, we were told the soonest we could get in was 2 weeks out. That’s not immediate... we told them the entire situation and that the doctor asked to see him as soon as absolutely possible due to liver failure. They were supposed to be trying to get him on a liver transplant list. Fast forward to today (appt day) and we arrive at the office after being given the wrong address the day I made the appointment, only to find out that we needed to bring the self pay fee with us. Wouldn’t have been an issue had we been told about it prior to the visit. But we weren’t. So my dying husband gets turned away without even talking to the doctor all because they messed up and didn’t tell us we needed to bring the money with us. They knew he was waiting for disability to kick in when I made the appointment. No mention was made of self pay until we were already waiting filling out my paperwork. The incompetence displayed by the entire PMC network is seriously concerning. Not a single person we dealt with was forthcoming with information, or had any indication that they even knew what we talked about. Should have gone to OP Regional from day 1. I’ve always heard PMC kills people... didn’t think I’d almost experience for myself...

horror. came to the doctor for pills. and the doctor is right with me looking for a cure for my illness in google. I apologize, and without you I could go and find in Google what I need. it makes sense for me to waste time to come to you if I could read the drugs from google from the list and get them at the pharmacy. all you need to know about how doctors work in America. unprofessional. poor communication

One of the worst offices ever. They will lie to you right in your face and had me in the room for almost 2 hours gor yhe doctor buy i had to be at work so i left and they told me i couldn't vome back for a year i let two years pass and now they say i can't come back ever likr i even care. My daughter was going here too but noy anymore. My whole family is banning this place. I recorded them saying i have to wait a year. Don't waste yoyr time here
