Oh my, I am always a nervous wreck when it comes to going to the dentist. I can say from the time I walked into the Kansas City Kansas office I was able to relax. The front desk staff was awesome and made me feel comfortable right away. The office overall was neat and clean. The staff was cheerful and said hi. The Dr. was amazing, as he examined me and provided information and options available. Even though they were busy the Dr and other staff stopped in at different times to check on me while I waited for the next step in my visit. It also allowed me time to listen to Dr as he worked with other patients and made the comfortable while completing their procedures. He is awesome. The next person explained pricing and different options reviewed all my insurance options to the fullest taking extra time to ensure I received all benefits available to me and answered all of my questions. I felt so blessed and excited because even though they were busy and behind I didn’t feel like they were rushing me or just pushing me through and out. Definitely a 5 star visit. Looking forward to completing my dental services here!!!

The entire building was so clean, and up to date. From check in to check out, all of the staff were professional and courteous. The nice ladies were great with my kids, and I think I met the hygienist that our kids will be seeing until they are grown.nThe Doctor at this Location was incredible. She was very personable, and made us feel right at home. It was by far the best dental experience we have ever had.nThank you Dr.Brown, and your wonderful team at Aspen Dental.nWe are looking forward to our next check up!

I had a very positive experience at Aspen Dental. Everyone was very nice. What was so different here than other offices I've been to is that I received a dental plan. Never have I received an actual plan to fix or possibly fix my dental issues. It's going to cost me but I feel it's worth it.

I love aspen Dental office in Kansas City Kansas. The staff make me and my mom feel like a celebrity when we come in. They are always so nice. Dr Edwards has been the best dentist I ever had and very compassionate about his patients. My new hygienist Mallory was not just great but excellent. She was very informative on my cleaning and I had such a great time with. I cannot wait for my next cleaning.
