Had an appointment today, after not having been to the dentist in way too long. Everyone made me feel so comfortable and relaxed! Would definitely recommend !!! ❤

Dr. Taylor was my favorite dentist. He provided excellent service and made me feel so comfortable. It’s a shame that he isn’t practicing here now and that his name is being shamed by such a horribly ran office. My last 3 experiences here have been so unprofessional. Never returning!!

Response to Alaynia Huskey's review from 2 weeks ago. Ms. Huskey whom was last seen in our office 12/2/17 for the prep of crown #2. The Perm Crown should have been seated 3 weeks later, but Ms. Huskey, did not come to that appointment in addition we continued to call called her several more times to try and schedule Ms. Huskey to have Crown placed, but she did not return our calls. Ms. Huskey then called our office on 4/2/19 and stated that she was ready to put her Crown on and that she was experiencing sensitivity on the tooth, which would be expected with wearing a temporary for 16 months. Dr. explained that if she was having sensitivity he advised that she may need a Root Canal on the tooth and advised to have a consultation to see if a Root Canal was necessary for her sake it would be better to have the Root Canal done prior to the permanent placement of the Crown. In that case the Dentist who would perform the Root Canal on the tooth would not have to put a whole in the newly placed permanent Crown on #2. She was rude to the Dr. and the staff as she was upset that she may need a Root Canal on tooth #2. Which the Dr. and staff are paid to advise the patients of the optimal treatment and potential of the possibilities for our patients. In the end it is ultimately the patients choice, but the Dr. did want it to be noted that she was advised of the Treatment Diagnosis. Ms. Huskey had the Crown Permanently placed on 5/16/19. In addition, Ms. Huskey never saw Dr. Timothy T. Taylor, she saw one of the Associates that works with Dr. Timothy T. Taylor, who has since passed away. I would additional like to add that the Ms. Huskey has called us for an additional appointment in our office.

Tim Taylor has been my dentist since he was in dental school. I always received excellent care from him. Even when I moved away to another state, I would come back to Kansas City to have dental care provided by him. My children continued seeing him as their dentist after they were grown.
