I have always been hesitant about PT for injuries until my latest shoulder injury. I was referred to ARC PT off of parallel near Danny's bar a grill ( awesome place too). I met my Physical Therapist , Charlene, and I knew she was a great therapist and I was in good hands. She listened to my self assessment and did her own series of assessments and range of motion measurements. She knew exactly what we needed to work on. She gave me very realistic exercises that allowed me to feel the results we were looking for. I do my exercises at home and feel like I am moving in the right direction towards my shoulder injury healing. Charlene is a great Physical Therapist and from watching others working with their PT it is a positive, productive and healing environment. Great place for Physical Therapy

My physical therapists there, Char, is so attentive to your well being. Always asking how are you feeling? If what is being done helping. My body feels so much better and every day it’s better. I’d recommend my family and friends the ARC.
