Went in to shop, unmasked, was greeted by multiple employees who said nothing. After at least 30 minutes of shopping I was confronted by someone asking me to put on a mask. Wish these stores would understand not everyone CAN wear a mask. How about if someone walks in without one, assume they are exempt!! Stop being a maskhole! Shop over at Buckle, had NO issue there!

Google said this location was open. We called the store and there was no voice machine message saying they were closed. A sign on the doors said “we’ll re-open march 30 and it’s may 15 and the doors were locked. Extremely disappointed, this store should have done more to communicate to customers. I won’t be coming back any time soon.

Not for older women in my opinion the younger ladies would do much better there looking for outfits.

I'm always able to find unique inexpensive items but of good quality. They also have some amazing sales. They could work on the customer service, not that it's bad, just need to make their presence known.

I never went into Forever 21...I believe they are closed.i hate these tracking!
