Went in there told them I found a ring, they guaranteed that they could offer me a lower price, and not to purchase the ring through the other Kay outlet, so now I go pick up the ring and they tell oh we can’t honor that price and goes up 800 dollars more! Don’t go here they lie and swindle you.

Extremely pleasant staff. Listened to me and helped me pick out exactly what I was looking for. I mainly worked with Evan, but the entire staff assisted me when he wasn’t available. Great teamwork.

Waited 20 minutes to be helped before finally walking out while associates looked at me from behind the counter. There are other places to spend my money on jewelry. Zero stars!
