Heartland Primary Care

My family has gone to this practice for years. Our experience has always been exceptional. We’ve seen many practitioners from Urgent Care, Pediatrics, Family Medicine and Internal Medicine. We’re very thankful for all of the staff and the support they’ve offered over the years. We look forward to making this our life long medical care.

Staff is very friendly. I take my son here who is 15 months old and has been coming here since hes been a month old. His primary is Dr. Clement and he's been very helpful along with his team of nurses. I can only say good things about this place.

Absolutely love Dr. J and his nurse Tiffany! Unfortunately, the last few times we’ve been there with a sick baby the nurse filling in was not so great. The office staff has really changed and seems like it’s no longer about the providing quality care! If I didn’t love and trust Dr. J we would go elsewhere!

This office is amazing! Honestly every time I've needed to get my kids in to see the doctor same day it is usually never a problem. If it is they have the urgent care center, which is directly attached to the doctor's offices. I love Dr. Jayaram he's such a great doctor

I so appreciated feeling as if we really mattered and weren't just another patient. They got us in quickly for a COVID test and got the results to us just when promised. We were very pleased with our experience at Heartland.
