Visited Soma on Black Friday and it was a wonderful experience. Janelle a sales associate was incredibly patient and so helpful as I tried on countless bras. She was able to navigate between me and a few other customers all while maintaining her focus on each of us. There was a vast variety of items including plenty of the pajama sets which were the hot item of the day.

Excellent service but I was surprised how small the store was. I am grateful it's an outlet though.

Went for my family member who just lost a ton of weight. They were very patient with her to help her fit into a new bra, and helping her know the right way to both wear and take care of bras.

I visit the store 3 weeks ago and buy 3 different types of bras the treatment was good but the bras are very uncomfortable, the chins are buried in the ribs in the 3 different styles
