This ramp is NOT set up to run efficiently! Cars back up because of day passes. Card holders that pay to use the ramp every month are stuck behind people taking their time to pay for their parking. I waited 1 hour after work to get out of the ramp because an event that got out at 5 PM, when everyone was getting off work.

Convenient downtown parking and, in my opinion, the exit spiral is fun.
