I live in one of the properties. Maintenance is slow to respond but office management has been pretty on top of it lately! Definitely have some good apples trying to make this a better property company.

Steve was very friendly and nice when we met him and he showed us the house we've now been here almost a whole year and I can honestly say dunc1 is not a bad rental company like everyone makes them out to be paul the maintenance man awesome very nice guy always fixed any problems 5 stars from me guys thank you for giving me a good home to live in.

Worst place i ever rented from. He lied to me and allowed his workers to steal my belongings. Very rude and inconsiderate.

DONT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE.! They will not fix anything they are rude and ruthless this is a Terrible company.!

These people are the worst ever. We went and done everything they needed us to do before we could move in. We had to even put down a $200.00 hold down payment deposit to hold for us for 14 days. Now that were not interested anymore in the house, they refuse to refund our money back. The house is 1418 NW Logan. The house has lead paint on the outside which is not safe for children, the front porch needs fixed, and the roof in the back needs fixed. Has mold building up. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO RENT OR TRY TO RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!
