I am writing this on behalf of my step-daughter and her father...I am not trying to speak bad about them but just want to be honest. If we could give half a star...we would. The Ditmers are very nice people BUT...they need to get their act together on getting photos out in a timely manner. I don't know if this is a side job for them or if they have too many clients but my husband just found out that it literally took 10 months for his daughter to get their wedding photos! That is an unreasonable amount of time. He even prepaid the full amount up front (one of the most expensive packages). For the amount of money paid, he really expected much better service. We have booked other photographers before and they have never taken beyond one month for us to get photos back. The photos that did come looked nice and it seems like they did a good job but we will not be booking them again.

Kristi and her husband were great on the wedding day, but have been non-communicative since and it is now 7 months past the wedding and we still haven't received our pictures. She told us we'd have them 2 weeks after Christmas (2 months late) then in February that she'd mail them the next time she was in the office. It's now April and we still don't have our photos and haven't heard from her in 2 months. The 2 pictures we've seen are great, but I would like the rest of them! Very disappointing.
