Again the exterior services are a 10 but the interior services are a different division of Terminix and haven't been worth a 10 originally this division of the company was good at the beginning but has changed in my opinion.nIn this review of the work needs to be divided into the different departments and ratings of the different people who are doing the work that's individually done and you can not be grouped into one !
Our technician’s name was Glen. This was our first experience with Terminix and I don’t think we could’ve had a better one! He was thorough, knowledgeable and pleasant to talk with. Very respectful and kind to our pup who was none too pleased at a stranger’s presence in our home. I’m sure everyone on the team is fantastic, but Glen’s customer service and dedication to what he does will be difficult to beat! Thanks Glen!
My technician has been great with regard to communications and service. He has always gone above and beyond to make sure that I know when he will be here, what he will/has done and always invites me to let him know if there is any special attention I need, regarding pests.
Always a pleasure to deal with and super friendly and nice! Always very thorough explanations of their procedures. My techs have always been on time and communication is excellent. Highly recommend!!
Canceled my services with them and then received a bill the next month for a service I never scheduled and could not get ahold of anyone when calling in regards to the cancelation
