Had to run to the store last minute to buy dog food. I like Dollar General because it is convenient. However, I now know I can’t rely on them to be open at 9:50pm when they’re store closes at 10. For being a convenient store where most shopping experiences take less than 5 min, it’s frustrating.
I called ahead to see if they had an item I bought out of every DG east of me. Decided to go west this year. They said they had 3 in stock. Employee couldn’t find 1 when I got there. Horrible customer service and completely disordsnized!
Its so easy just to run in, grab groceries and back out.
I enjoy all the employees there and have a wonderful experience shopping there. If only this was consistant with your other stores
Employees are always friendly and the place is clean.
