Cascade Apartments

This is definitely not the place if your looking for some peace and quiet. The neighbors are rude and it appears no matter how much you talk with apartment manager they still have done nothing about the situation. There is no consideration for residency or maybe just certain people! Either way I would like to come home to a place I rent too without hearing my downstairs neighbor blaring their music so loud you can’t even hear your own tv!

I can't say much for the past but between Dave and maintenance. It has really come around. Dave is the kindest manger and always will try to help were he can. He is Very respectful as well. And the maintenance is always done quickly and professionaly.

I noticed several posts on black mold. Is mold still a problem?

My friend had her car stolen. Security upgrade ir monitoring may be beneficial.

well I have been living in the apartment for a year and I feel very good, I renew my contract, the place is clean and the apartment is nice and I live quietly, when I needed to fix something they go immediately and fix it, thanks for your work of maintenance
