Deb Mcfarland sold the house, but the process was not pretty. For starters, I felt as if the house was selling on her time and not on my timeline. Pressured, belittled, and misunderstood are words that describe how Deb made me feel during the process of selling my house. She will nickel-and-dime money from the seller without you signing a contract beforehand detailing how much she will earn. I even showed up to my house to find people fixing things without my knowledge and to be billed to me, again without my knowledge or consent. I am so happy to have sold my house and be out of this contract with Deb Mcfarland after the trouble and blindsides I endured.
