I have been getting my prescriptions there for a few years and am consistently running into problems. I always call ahead and tell them the time I will be there and still have to wait once I arrive. I have received the wrong information several times as well. It just seems like there is poor management because their ability to handle normal service is quite poor. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Too bad because it was convenient.
Always courteous, professional and helpful.

They are nice people and they call u to remind u that ur meds r ready.Even though I forget sometimes.They are patient with us and that matters in my books.
Genoa Pharmacy is not a good pharmacy. Most the female employees there were rude. I changed to Dillons
