Went into wrong garage and immediately came back out and they made me pay to get out. Site manager gave speech about it being company rule if you get a ticket you must pay fee. So I paid for parking I didn't use. I could not find a corporate number or website to leave complaint.

Parked here for a show at the Topeka Performing Arts Center. Took us 45 minutes plus to get out and hardly anyone used the garage. The machine wouldn’t take our credit card (we’re guessing there is an unpublished minimum amount required), and then shorted us a quarter when giving change from the cash we inserted. There were also no attendants working, and tons of cars having problems using the machine. If we ever attend something at TPAC again, we’ll just park farther away and account for the extra walking time.
