Pizza Hut

I order pizza here once a week and the last time I ordered pizza here they did not show me the pizza before I took it home, I got home and it was overcooked. I’ve been busy because it’s the start of a new year and they refused to do anything about this because I didn’t call them within 24 hours. I spoke with the ‘manager’ who told me she could do nothing, that she would have to talk to her GM, who she refused to give me the name of or the phone number for. Ridiculous customer service, worth going to another Pizza Hut.

Visited for the Buffet. Went at 1130 and not many pizzas or options were out. Towards the end of the visit the pizza selection was awesome and fresh. I would suggest going around 12. The salad bar was good but the lettuce looked a little sad. This is a good quick lunch option but I would not be going out of my way to eat here when other options are available.

I was there at the beginning of lunch rush. And they didn't seem prepared... The food was good and fresh. But they ran out of stuff fast and it took a while to get it restocked...

Local hospital hadnt eaten all day and tried to order 10 pizzas. Knew we had a big order and said we were willing to wait however long neccessary. Were rudely told we needed to provide 24 hour notice next time. Took our business (over $100 worth) elsewhere. Dominoes gladly delivered within 45 minutes. Will be calling them from now on.

We had reserved their party room, when I went to order pizza the cashier couldn't get to coupons to work. I waited, after it not working. I paid but said I need to order more. The Rude young man said he would have to help the person behind me. I said No I waited on you, u need to finish my order. Then they messed up the order & Didn't bring it to the party room as in the past. Pizza was good, service wasn't. Disappointed
