I was having a hard time finding a place that could come up with a solution for combining the beautiful necklace & cross my wife bought for me in Eureeka Springs. Dave was able to make it happen in about 15 minutes as I waited, & it looks great! Very friendly, professional, & helpful. They have some interesting & unique items worth looking at.
First visit here and it was awesome. I had previously gone to Zales and it has closed so was looking for new place to care for my wife's ring. Dave did a great job cleaning and helped educate on what to do in case my wife had a metal allergy. Very impressed and will go back.
Awesome jewelry store and so much more. Got my battery for my watch and he quickly put it in the new battery. Awesome service totally affordable very cool waiting seated area.

Dave is amazing! He's very honest and approachable. We've been in the store multiple times and he's always willing to talk or explain things. There's a no pressure approach and it's always very welcoming. They also do repairs and custom pieces. I definitely recommend stopping in to look around or even just to say Hi.
