**EDIT 11/30/2020**nThis place has improved drastically since this review was posted. They actually have employees that help out and acknowledge you.nnOK where to start?n1. The place looked very messy and cluttered.n2. I went to the gun counter to wanting to look at a few firearms. There were at least 4 people behind the counter. 1 person was actually helping one of the 10 people in the long line that was going around the store. the other three were standing talking to each other. No one came to help me and i know they saw me due to making eye contact with all of them. I know i could have asked for help but in a retail setting an employee should offer assistance to the customer especially if they aren't busy. I stood there for around 20 minutes before taking a lap around the store and leaving. Did i mention it was dirty and cluttered. also very poorly lit.n3. some of the firearms aren't priced fair at all. i.e. a taurus m85 revolver looked very used selling for $330 when i can get a brand spanking new in box one for right around $250.nwill never go here again. the one in manhattan ran by capital city pawn under the name wildcat pawn is FAR superior.
I'm fleet and take that Way I have good experiences at Capitol City on its a great place to pawn stuff it's a great place to pick up stuff at a good price and their store is like amazing so I would definitely take to check that out.

Good service and they always give me the best deal when i come into town.
Employees are very nice and knowledgeable. The retail side has alot to offer with good prices.
