My wife left a review but I wanted to do one myself. I am in the remodeling industry and deal with agents often for storm related damage. I can say 100% with zero doubt that these folks have your back through the claim process more than any other agency I have ever dealt with. The level of commitment they have for their clients is worth its weight in gold. They can be very competitive in pricing and being someonenthat used to be guilty of looking for the “ best rate “ to save a few bucks, I can assure you that can back fire in your face when you need the coverage. After a fender bender in January when the roads were slick my car insurance went up dramatically. Even after it being my first incident in all my years driving they increased my rates. I had no other option but to look elsewhere. I found Tim with Integrity Insurance and he took the time to find me better coverage than what I had very close to what I had paid before my accident.
