Great experiences at this office. I had an ingrown toenail removed last year, and one on the other foot this year. Both times I was able to get an appointment quickly and Dr McCalla did a great job on both. My second toe ended up getting infected, I called the office on Christmas Eve at 7:30 am to get an antibiotic, I received a call back from the Dr within 15 minutes and got my prescription put in. Would recommend.

I really like Dr. McCalla. I think he does a great job explaining your problem and providing treatment. That said, his office help, especially the staff at the front desk and who answer the phone, are frustrating and unpleasant to deal. Billing was messed up, and, when I called to straighten it out, the woman was argumentative and wouldn't do anything to correct it. He is good - but there are probably other good podiatrists with better office staff to deal with. The office staff is the only reason I am changing podiatrists.

He is the best! Painless and professional.
