We have been going to Topeka ENT for the past 10 years. All of the staff does an excellent job in taking care of my daughter. They are very friendly and helpful... everything from billing questions, insurance questions, last second appointments... they are great!! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr Franklin was a breath of fresh air. He was very down to earth and informative. Have seen many doctors over the past 5 years and his bedside manner and professionalism was on of the best we’ve experienced. He talked to us as people, not just another bill walking in the office.

Best health care I have received from any clinic. I had surgery over a year ago and it was an excellent experience, as far as surgery can go. The follow up has been very good. I also am undergoing allergy treatments and their staff is always helpful with any questions or concerns I have. Keep up the great work!

My family has used this practice for 16 years and they are fantastic. The staff and doctors are very kind, competent and efficient. They take the time to care and listen and explain things thoroughly. We have had 5 surgeries in our family and they have done an excellent job in each. The phones are answered promptly and paying my bill has always been an easy process.
