They charged me extra for an eye exam. Better at walmart no hiding fees there.

My son see's a doctor at the Huntoon location and each time has been wonderful, the staff there seems caring and they have always been super helpful. I decided to see a doctor with this practice at their Highland Park location since my experience has been top notch for him. I can not say the same as far as my visit with Dr. Allen at this location. She did not listen to my concerns. Didn't seem as though she cared what so ever and seemed annoyed that I was even there. If you are looking for a doctor that is personable or evens pretends to care about you I highly recommend seeing someone other than Dr. Allen. I called my doctor that is almost 2 hours away to schedule a visit back with her as I dislike feeling as if I am just a number on a piece of paper. I will not be returning to this location but will continue the care for my son at their other office.

I went here recently for a dental exam, and I was impressed with the service I received. It was a good experience. Everyone was friendly and receptive, and made me feel very comfortable. The only complaint I have is that I wish the doors on the west and east sides were public exits/entrances. At present, I am recovering from cancer-related spinal surgery and walking with a walker, and the special parking places were near the west and east doors. Those doors were closer to the handicapped parking than having to enter through that one set of doors in the center of the building. I hope management will reconsider, and allow those doors to be used as exits/entrances. When one is experiencing mobility issues, every step counts. Otherwise, great job! This is a very nice facility.

I was told my insurance was accepted, there was no refraction fee, and the eye exam was covered by my insurance. The bill has a refraction fee and a $185.00 off visit charge. Naturally my insurance is not willing to pay this $380.00 bill for an eye exam. BIG RIP OFF DID NOT TELL ME THE TRUTH.
