I wish I would have caught their names...but I called civil on a whim for very important court docs I have been devastatingly trying to find.....this person went above and beyond with love and empathy and so much kindness, to find the correct department and offer any further assistance had we not found what we were looking for.nI needed that today. We need more of that care toward everyone that this outstanding person demonstrated to me and my daughter. Thank you. From the bottom of my heart, I appreciate your kindness.

The hours need to be posted correctly. I could not register my car and trucks. There was no explanation as to why I couldn’t register my car except to tell me they didn’t have my insurance information. There is no reason for it I have had the same insurance for years with no lapses . I am just glad I was trying to do this a month early so I am hoping the office will be open before it is to late. Terrible Terrible Terrible.

Jennifer in the domestic department is incredibly rude and unhelpful on multiple occasions. i feel very sorry for anyone who has to deal with her. if you can try to ask for help from someone else.

I wish for the life of me I could remember the name of our judge. Her sense of humor was not lacking, and she made the unfortunate circumstances of being there in the first place enjoyable. Even had we lost, it would have been a great learning experience.nnI have to say I was expecting everyone to be late, especially the workers/officials. Everyone showed up, promptly and with fervor.nnCannot say I wish to experience this sort of place again, but the experience I did have was far above expectation.

Had court here for 2 years over guardianship and Adoption. They was always running behind but that's to be expected concerning the case loads they deal with everyday. I often wonder why they dont start earlier like at 0730 hours so they can get caught up. But over all our experience was great, al the judges was respectful.
