A great location but zero service and do not eat here. Food was cold and half the order was missing without even acknowledging the problem. I have had good experiences here in the past but will avoid this location moving forward.
Quiet and comfortable room. The staff was great, and the fact that their restaurant was opened during this pandemic insanity was a huge extra bonus.
Clean, staff not helpful. No restaurant. No bar, pool closed, No breakfast.nWas very disappointed.
Poor service blamed on Covid. Didn’t clean room. When questioned, they say cleaning is by request only. You have to get your own towels.nnLooks like they are using the “pandemic” as a cover to save money. Not a welcoming place. Which is crazy considering what this industry as gone through in the last 7 months. You would think they’d be fighting to make customers happy.
Clean and nice hotel! A great place to stop after a long car ride. The kids has the clean pool to themselves. Front desk was welcoming and kind. I felt 100% safe and comfortable. Might make this stop again on future road trips.
